We are into the final push for the end of the year. Between now and June 30, we have...
Junior Track & Field (Tuesday, 14 June)
The Grade 6 Trip to Carleton U (Friday, 17 June)
Tennis (Tuesday, Wednesday, 20, 21 June)
The Annual Variety Show (Thursday, 22 June) for students (morning) and parents (evening)
We will also be having an in-class end-of-year celebration during the final week of classes (27-30 June) and Term 2 Report Cards will be coming home on Tuesday, 28 June.
With all of these exciting events going on, we are still actively working on curriculum in Sciences and Social Studies. Grade 5s are looking at Properties and States of Matter (Science) and First Nations and New France (Social Studies). The grade 6s are exploring Space (Science) and Communities in Canada, past and present (Social Studies).
