Understanding Depression, Anxiety, Bullying and Suicide - Parenting through challenging times
Thursday, October 10th is World Mental Health Day. From 7:30 to 9:30 pm at Sir Robert Borden High School (131 Greenbank Road) CHEO and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board will be hosting a free mental health workshop entitled: "Understanding Depression, Anxiety, Bullying and Suicide - Parenting through challenging times".
It will be a two-hour question and answer session with a panel of experts focusing on warning signs, practical tips and “how to” talk to your teen.
